We were able to collect the data from those forms, but it would have cost money that we can't justify to collect the names.

If you completed a questionnaire, please will you email your name and details of any boxes you ticked, i.e.

• join the group,

• act as a volunteer once the centre is up and running,
  

• provide knowledge, skill, photos, artefacts, etc,
